Directions

  1. Peel the pineapple, cut it into small pieces, and place it in a pot. ≈ 8 min
  2. Peel the apples, cut them in half, remove the core, dice them into small pieces, and place them in a pot. ≈ 8 min
  3. Add the remaining ingredients to a pot, and let it simmer for about 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add some cayenne pepper to enhance the flavor of the chutney. ≈ 3 min
  5. Fill the prepared jars to the brim with the chutney, making sure it is still warm. ≈ 10 min
  6. Close the jars and place them upside down on a clean towel for about 30 minutes.
  7. Once cooled, store the glasses.

  • Jasmine flower powder
  • A pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
  • Cayenne
