Directions
- Wash the mushrooms for at least one hour. ≈ 2 min
- Drain the kohlrabi of its juice, then pour it into a large pot and boil for about 30 minutes.
- Stir the water, add the chopped mushrooms and a tablespoon of butter, and let it simmer for another half hour.
- Towards the end of the cooking process, add a thick paste made from butter and flour. ≈ 3 min
- Use a cup to cut out circular shapes from a thinly spread dough. ≈ 8 min
- Place a spoonful of filling on each crepe. ≈ 3 min
- Fold the circles in half and glue the edges together with your fingers. ≈ 3 min
- Bring salted water to a boil.
- The pierogi are ready when they float to the surface. ≈ 3 min
