Directions
- Mix all the ingredients in a glass bottle or jar, and let it sit for 15 days, stirring occasionally.
- Place the mixture in a pot (preferably one made of copper) to enhance its visual appeal. ≈ 3 min
- Heat to a boil until the temperature reaches 78 degrees Celsius, then turn off the heat and relight with a lighter, being careful of the ethanol fumes, which can be irritating.
- Stir with a small metal spoon to bring the alcohol to the surface, then immediately pour into the coffee cups (even if they have already been used for coffee). ≈ 4 min
