Directions
- Clean the shrimp, remove the shells, and pat them dry. ≈ 8 min
- Mash the shrimp until it forms a paste. ≈ 4 min
- Mix it with fish, garlic, ginger, and chili pepper. ≈ 4 min
- Finely crush, thoroughly mix, and knead until you have a smooth, even dough. ≈ 10 min
- Form small, round balls and coat them in breadcrumbs. ≈ 10 min
- Gently press them flat, then fry them until they are golden brown (over high heat for about 1 minute).
- Pour in into a dish. ≈ 3 min
- You can add seasonings, such as a sweet sauce. ≈ 2 min
