Directions
- Remove the shells from the shrimp. ≈ 2 min
- Combine the onion, garlic, and shallots until you have a smooth paste. ≈ 4 min
- Remove the skin from the ginger and finely mince it. ≈ 8 min
- Roughly chop the cilantro. ≈ 8 min
- Sauté the onion, garlic, and shallots in olive oil.
- Cook the shrimp in a separate pan and season them.
