Directions
- We peel an apple and cut it into slices about 3-4 mm thick, then cook it in a syrup (for about 20 minutes).
- Once cooked, we remove them, drain them, and prepare a crispy breadcrumb coating, which we will grind into a powder for decoration.
- We chop 1-2 onions and finely mince a clove of garlic, then sauté them until softened. Next, we add grated apple and a splash of reduced white wine.
- Add the chicken, then, once it’s cooked, add the rice. ≈ 3 min
- Simmer in a chicken broth seasoned with apple.
- We are presenting this dish as a timbal. ≈ 3 min
- Above, we add the chicken, crunchy vegetables, and rosemary flowers. ≈ 3 min
