Directions
- Marinate the beef with garlic, pepper, sugar, oil, and five-spice powder.
- Season the liver and bacon. ≈ 2 min
- Recreate the appearance of garlic in oil paint, then mix it with honey.
- Lay out the beef slices and roll the liver, bacon, and vinegar-soaked onions around them. Thread onto skewers and grill, basting with honey and fried garlic.
