Directions
- Chop the onions into small pieces and add them to a container filled with oil paint. ≈ 8 min
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until they are lightly golden (about 5 minutes).
- Then, add the flour and mix once. ≈ 4 min
- Add the salt, meat broth, and spice packet, then simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Remove the flame, remove the spice packet, and discard it. ≈ 3 min
- Serve the soup hot in bowls, garnished with slices of chili pepper, toasted bread, and grated goat cheese.
- Bake for 1 minute to lightly brown.
