  1. Peel the onions, slice them thinly, and place them in cold water. Then, drain them in a sieve. ≈ 8 min
  2. Follow the same method as for the farinata. ≈ 3 min
  3. Before baking, sprinkle the surface with thin slices of onion.
  4. Take it out of the oven and sprinkle with pepper.
