Directions
- Wash and rinse the zucchinis, then cut them if they are large. Finely chop the onions and set aside. ≈ 8 min
- Heat a small amount of oil paint in a pan, then add the garlic and cook until softened.
- Add the Okra and cook until their color changes slightly.
- Add the salt and all the spices, then mix well to ensure the okra is evenly coated. ≈ 4 min
- Add the onions and stir until they are softened. ≈ 4 min
- Stir the tomato paste into the boiling water, then pour it into the pan once the onions have softened.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue cooking until the vegetables are tender. Serve with bread.
