Directions

  1. Heat the milk and add the semolina.
  2. Mix the eggs with the warm porridge. ≈ 4 min
  3. Mix the flour and yeast, which have been previously dissolved in a small amount of sugar. ≈ 4 min
  4. Add the beaten egg whites and the grapes. ≈ 3 min
  5. Using a spoon, scoop out small balls of dough, transfer them to warm oil paint, and then gild them.
  6. Remove the pre-made balls and immediately immerse them in still-warm sugar.
