Directions
- We rinse the meat, and if desired, we cut it into pieces or small cubes. ≈ 3 min

- We chop the onion and add the meat, then we repeat the process. ≈ 3 min

- Add the pepper and turmeric to the meat, then add two cups of water. ≈ 3 min

- Let it simmer over low heat until the meat is almost cooked through.

- We also cut the carrots into diagonal slices. ≈ 3 min

- Wash and drain the grapes. ≈ 3 min

- We pour a certain amount of fat into the pot, then add the rice in a single layer, until it covers the surface like a layer of cream. ≈ 3 min

- I cooked the meat, then I seasoned it with lemon juice.

- We place the carrots and beets on top of the meat, then add a layer of vegetables and a layer of rice, so that the ingredients are arranged in layers inside the pot. ≈ 3 min

- First, create small circles of onion in a bit of oil paint, then spread them evenly over the rice.

- Add two to three tablespoons of oil paint to the rice and let it simmer.
