Directions
- Preheat the oven with a rotating function (approximately 180 °C).
- Grease small tartlet molds and fill them with puff pastry.
- Whisk the flour into the milk until a smooth paste forms. Add the beaten eggs, then season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Mix in the grated cheese and parsley. ≈ 4 min
- Divide the dish evenly among the molds, cover with aluminum foil, and bake for approximately 15 minutes.
- Next, remove the paper and continue baking for about 20 minutes, until the tartlets are nicely golden brown.
- Use a knife to detach the tartlets from the molds, and then transfer them to warm plates. ≈ 3 min
