Directions
- Mix the milk and sugar together. ≈ 4 min
- Add the margarine and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Add the grated cheese and Royal brand powdered cheese. ≈ 4 min
- Whisk the eggs and gradually add them to the mixture. ≈ 4 min
- Add the flour and mix until a smooth dough forms. ≈ 4 min
- Make small balls of dough and gently flatten them. ≈ 10 min
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 15 minutes.
- Let the cookies cool slightly.
- Soak each biscuit in a mixture of sugar and water.
- For the solution: ≈ 3 min
- Heat 3 cups of water and 180 ml of sugar until the sugar is dissolved and the mixture thickens.
- In a bowl, combine 100g of shredded coconut and 1 cup of refined sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Soak the cooled biscuits in the sugar solution, then in the coconut and sugar mixture.
