Directions

  1. Sprinkle the fresh yeast into the warm water and mix by hand; if you are using dry or chemical yeast, add it directly to the flour. ≈ 4 min
  2. On a work surface or in a mixing bowl (to avoid making a mess), form a volcano with the flour and salt, then gradually add the water while mixing by hand. ≈ 10 min
  3. Once all the water has been added, mix well and knead for 10 minutes, dividing the dough as you go.
  4. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough on a floured surface or by hand, ensuring it covers the chosen pizza pan. ≈ 3 min
  6. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough, then add the vegetables. You can cook them for 2 minutes in a pan with the onion, peppers, and mushrooms, or you can add them raw.
  7. Add the tuna, olives, oregano, and cheese. ≈ 3 min
  8. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes at 210 °C.
