Directions
- In a pan, heat the olive oil, then add the ground meat, stirring constantly.
- We add water, depending on the desired consistency of the sauce, by adding more or less, to help tenderize the meat – a cup is recommended. ≈ 3 min
- Once the meat is fully cooked, it can be seasoned with salt and pepper, then the wine and the whole garlic bulb (without chopping it) can be added. ≈ 8 min
- Cook the meat in the wine for about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove it from the heat and season it with freshly chopped rosemary and parsley. ≈ 2 min
- It is preferable to use fresh herbs, but dried herbs can also be used. ≈ 3 min
- The onions are removed and added to the pasta, which has already been cooked according to the instructions on the packaging. ≈ 3 min
- Above, we add grated Parmesan or goat cheese. ≈ 3 min
- They are served hot. ≈ 3 min
