Directions

  1. Dissolve the corn flour in a glass of milk. ≈ 3 min
  2. Bring the remaining milk, cinnamon, sugar, and beaten egg yolks to a boil.
  3. Add the milk to the glass and continue to heat for a few more minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. Extinguish the fire and filter. ≈ 3 min

  6. Let it cool.
  7. Transfer to individual plates. ≈ 3 min
