Directions
- Wash the grapes and remove the seeds. ≈ 2 min
- In a pan, pour in 2 tablespoons of olive oil and heat until it shimmers, then add a clove of garlic, which should be removed later.
- Add the grapes and cook over high heat, stirring constantly, until the grapes are soft and have turned a dark brown colour.
- Place the grapes along the edge of the pan and add the slices of pork.
- First, cook the meat, then add the broth and blend the meat with the grapes.
- Once the broth has reduced, deglaze with white wine.
- Serve hot ≈ 2 min
