Sun-dried marinated peppers
Crunchy peppers, seasoned with garlic, chili peppers, and vinegar, were placed in a jar with boiling water and left in the sun for three days to ferment.
This Middle Eastern-inspired preserve takes only half an hour to prepare. Then, the sun does the rest over a few days, resulting in a tangy, fragrant, and perfectly crisp pepper.
