The Margherita pizza is a classic Italian pizza, created in 1889 to celebrate King Umberto I and Queen Margherita. It consists of three ingredients: tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil, representing the colors of Italy: red, white, and green.

Directions
- Sift the flour and mix in the yeast, salt, and sugar. ≈ 4 min
- Create a well in the center of the flour, and pour in the water and oil paint. ≈ 3 min
- Mix until a dough forms. ≈ 4 min
- Knead the dough (for about 15 minutes) until it reaches the desired consistency.
- Let the dough rest for at least an hour to allow it to rise.
- Re-knead the dough. ≈ 10 min
- Allow the dough to rest again for at least 15 minutes.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 3mm. ≈ 4 min
- Spread the tomato sauce, arrange the mozzarella slices, and add the basil. ≈ 4 min
- Preheat the oven to 250 °C.
- Bake the pizza for 10 minutes in the top part of the oven.
