Directions
- Lightly crush the mangoes and place them in a large, clean glass or ceramic bottle. ≈ 4 min
- Dissolve the sugar in the water, then pour this mixture over the fruit. ≈ 3 min
- Add ginger and cardamom (if you like). ≈ 3 min
- Add a small amount of this powder to warm water, let it sit for 10 minutes, then incorporate it into the mixture.
- Store the contents in a clean container, and add one teaspoon per day. ≈ 3 min
- After 3 to 4 weeks, filter the mixture through a cheesecloth and pour it into a clean bottle. ≈ 3 min
- If the wine is allowed to rest for another 1 to 2 months, it will become more flavorful.
