Directions
- Wash and dry the mangoes, then cut them into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
- Finely mince the red chili pepper, and the mustard seeds a bit more coarsely. ≈ 3 min
- Combine the mango pieces with the salt, and then pour in half of the sesame oil. ≈ 4 min
- Add the ground mustard and hot pepper, then mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
