- Place the water, salt, and butter in a non-stick saucepan. ≈ 3 min
- When the water starts to boil, remove the pot from the heat and add the flour all at once. ≈ 3 min
- Quickly mix in the flour until a smooth, firm dough forms. ≈ 10 min
- If the dough is too wet, dry it out over the heat for a few minutes. ≈ 3 min
- Adding the eggs is a delicate procedure. ≈ 3 min

- Crack the last egg into a bowl, so that you can add it gradually later. ≈ 4 min
- Add the eggs one at a time until you achieve a smooth and consistent mixture. ≈ 3 min
- Stop adding eggs when you see the dough forming a “peak” as you try to spread it with a spatula. ≈ 4 min
- Place on a well-greased pan, either by spoon or directly. ≈ 2 min
- If you are applying the product with a sponge, roll out the edges with your finger or a damp brush.
- Bake at 200 °C (205 °C) for 15 to 20 minutes in the center of the oven.
- Once the cabbages have grown well and started to show color, partially open the oven to allow them to dry.
