“Ghefari Qormeh” is a delicious dish from the Gulf of Guilan. Don’t confuse it with “Qormeh Sabzi,” another popular dish.

Directions

  1. First, cut the meat into small pieces and cook it with the beans.
  2. Let the water drain, then we allow the vegetables to soak before cutting them.
  3. Next, we gradually reintroduce the vegetables into the oil paint, stirring regularly. ≈ 3 min
  4. Add the salt, pepper, and turmeric. ≈ 3 min
  5. After cooking the tomatoes, we add the tomato puree and salt to the tomatoes. ≈ 3 min
  6. Next, we add all the ingredients to the pot with the meat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
