Directions
- Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form with 160g of sugar. Then add the yolks and sifted flour, and beat until a smooth batter forms. ≈ 10 min
- Pour: Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, smooth it out, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes.
- While you’re doing that, prepare the filling: wash and dry the lemon, zest it completely, and mix it with 80g of sugar. ≈ 8 min
- Take a biscuit, place it on a dishcloth, spread the filling over it, and roll it up. Place it on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. ≈ 10 min
