Directions
- Coat the meat in fat, add the chopped onion, and let it brown. Then, add water.
- Peel, wash, and chop the vegetables, then add them to the goulash and bring to a boil. Towards the end of cooking, add the garlic, season, and thicken with a roux.
- Serve hot, with bread. ≈ 2 min
