Directions
- In a pot, heat the oil paint with the garlic. Once it starts to bubble, add the onions and leeks and cook them together.
- Once they are fully melted, add the white wine, reduce slightly, and then add the potatoes.
- Cover with broth and simmer for 25 minutes.
- Mix until you have a smooth cream. ≈ 4 min
- If the cream needs to be thinner, add some broth.
- Bring to a boil and season.
- If you wish, you can fry them in a pan with hot oil, using breadcrumbs or pieces of ham, and then place them on top of the cream.
