Directions

  1. Wash the missoltini for 4 hours to remove the salt, then cook them over high heat, on a griddle, in the oven, or on the grill, depending on your preference, for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the head, fins, tail, and skin, and form boneless fillets. ≈ 3 min
  3. Next, immerse the fillets in Lario oil paint for at least one day, or even longer, to tenderize and flavour them. ≈ 3 min
  4. Place the pizza, tomato, mozzarella, and missoltini fillets on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, and bake.
