Directions
- Wash, peel, and coarsely grate the turnips. Place them in a pot with some warm oil, add the flour, stir, and cook until the flour is no longer raw.
- Pour the 1 litre of hot water over the kohlrabi, season with salt and pepper. Cook over medium heat until the kohlrabi is tender.
- Add the cooked rice and chopped parsley to the soup. You can season it with sour cream. ≈ 2 min
