Directions
- Peel the kiwifruit and cut them into 3mm thick slices. Wash and dry the strawberries, then cut them in half. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the orange and lemon under hot water, remove the peel, and cut it into thin strips. ≈ 8 min
- Cook the zest in a cane sugar syrup until it is tender, then drain it.
- Squeeze the citrus fruits and mix the juice with the honey and almond liqueur. ≈ 4 min
- Combine the kiwifruit, strawberries, and zest in a bowl, then pour over the sauce and let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
- Coat the almonds in a mixture of melted butter and powdered sugar, until they are a golden brown color.
- Divide the salad among serving dishes and garnish with caramelized almonds.
