Directions
- Prepare the rice: Soak the rice in hot water for 1 hour. Then, steam the rice for 10 minutes and set aside.
- Cook the mixture: In a saucepan, combine 50g of sugar, 80ml of coconut milk, and a pinch of salt. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the rice and stir well.
- Cut the mango: Peel the mango and cut it in half lengthwise. ≈ 8 min
- Assembly: Place half a mango on a plate. Slice it thinly. Cook the rice in a small bowl, then transfer it to the plate and pour coconut milk over it. Sprinkle with black sesame seeds. Garnish with a few fresh mint leaves and serve. ≈ 8 min
