Directions

  1. Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy. ≈ 4 min
  2. Add the butter and whisk until the mixture turns pale.
  3. Add the flour, condensed milk, and vanilla, then mix until you have a smooth dough. ≈ 4 min
  4. Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks, then gently fold them into the batter. ≈ 10 min
  5. Grease and flour the baking dish, then pour the dough into it. ≈ 3 min
  6. Bake in the oven, with heat from the bottom, until the cake is cooked through.
