Directions
- Soak the broken chickpeas. Wash the sponge squash, potato, and pumpkin, then chop them into small pieces.
- Heat the oil paint in a pot and dip the potato, pumpkin, sponge pumpkin, and lentil doughnuts in it. Remove them.
- In the same oil paint, make sure to include the onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric, chili pepper, and cumin. ≈ 3 min
- Add the fried vegetables, doughnuts, and crushed chickpeas, and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Season, add a little water if needed, and cover. ≈ 2 min
- Cook until the vegetables are tender, then add the cilantro and remove from the heat. Serve with hot rice.
