Directions
- Peel the oranges and lemons. Remove the seeds and cut them into segments. ≈ 8 min
- Peel and dice the apples. ≈ 8 min
- Place all the fruits in a large bowl. ≈ 3 min
- Add 1.5 liters of water to the container with the fruit. ≈ 3 min
- Bring to a boil and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the fruit is tender.
- Use a blender or fork to crush the fruit and achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. ≈ 4 min
- Strain the fruit puree to remove the fibers. ≈ 3 min
- Bring to a boil again and add 1.5 kg of sugar for every liter of water used.
- Let it simmer over low heat until the jam thickens (approximately 1 hour). Check the consistency regularly.
- Pourage the jam into sterilized jars and seal them tightly. ≈ 3 min
