Directions
- Soak the chickpeas in water for 10 hours.
- Cook them in their salted soaking water, then separate the chickpeas and the cooking liquid into two containers.
- For each cup of chickpeas, mix with 2 tablespoons of cooking liquid, 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and lemon juice until you have a smooth puree. ≈ 4 min
- Adjust the seasoning to taste and serve with a drizzle of olive oil on top. ≈ 2 min
