This dark grape wine is made in a large vat, using crushed grapes, sugar, water, and a small amount of yeast. The fermentation process takes approximately three weeks before the wine is bottled.

Directions

  1. In a clean, sterilized jar, combine the slightly crushed grapes, yeast, sugar, and cooled, boiled water.
  2. Mix thoroughly and securely close the jar opening with a cloth tied around it. ≈ 4 min
  3. Every morning, open the jar and mix well, then close it again. Continue doing this for a week. ≈ 4 min
  4. After two weeks, thoroughly mash the grapes and filter the liquid. ≈ 4 min

  6. After twenty-one days, bottle the wine: it is now ready to be consumed. ≈ 3 min
