Apricot Nectar Wine
A homemade apricot wine recipe with dried apricots, fruit and yeast, ideal for home winemaking fans.
This is a simple, flavorful recipe for making apricot nectar wine. You will need 60 dried apricots, 4 liters of lukewarm water, 6.5 kg of white granulated sugar, 2.25 kg of brown sugar, 340 g of raisins, 1 tablespoon of ginger, 2 lemons, 2 oranges and a yeast cake.

Directions
- Rinse the apricots several times with water, then dry them and cut them in half. ≈ 8 min
- Place the apricots in a large container, then pour in 3.8 l of hot water. Set aside 1 tbsp of water and dissolve the yeast tablet in it. ≈ 3 min
- Mix the sugars, fruit, raisins and ginger. ≈ 4 min
- Add the dissolved yeast and mix well. ≈ 4 min
- Cover with the container’s lid and let rest.
- Stir every two days. ≈ 4 min
- After thirty days, strain the mixture and store it in bottles. ≈ 3 min
