Directions
- Arrange the salted herring in a dish. Then add finely chopped onions, grated potatoes, mayonnaise, grated carrots, sliced or grated hard-boiled eggs, and grated beets. If you leave out the apple, add an extra layer of mayonnaise over the carrots. ≈ 3 min
- Decorate the salad with slices of beet, onions, egg whites and grated egg yolks. ≈ 2 min
