Directions

  1. For the dough, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. ≈ 4 min
  2. Add the egg yolks one at a time, gradually adding the sugar, then the butter, until you have a smooth cream. ≈ 3 min
  3. Mix the plum puree with the water and add it to the cream. ≈ 4 min
  4. Add the flour, mix well, and then add the yeast last. ≈ 4 min
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature.
  6. For the sauce, dice the mango into small pieces. ≈ 8 min
  7. Book now. ≈ 3 min
  8. Heat the water and sugar until you have a thick sauce, similar to syrup.
  9. Add the mango and let it simmer.
  10. Remove the cake from the pan and cover it with the sauce. ≈ 3 min
