Directions
- Preparing the chicken: First, thoroughly wash the chicken and remove any excess water. ≈ 2 min
- Combine the ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the flour, finely chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, fresh chili peppers, a mixture of ginger and garlic, cilantro leaves, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and cumin powder. ≈ 4 min
- Adding chicken: Add chicken to the mixture and mix thoroughly. ≈ 4 min
- Add water: Gradually add water until you reach the desired consistency, mixing well. ≈ 3 min
- Millet chips French fries: Heat a non-stick pan with a small amount of oil.
