- Peel the apples and grate them. ≈ 8 min
- Chop the onions. ≈ 8 min
- Using a whisk, beat the eggs and flour together until you have a smooth, even batter. ≈ 4 min
- Add the pepper, salt, and any other seasonings. ≈ 2 min
- Heat the oil paint (a thin layer of about 0.5 cm) in a pan.
- Using a spoon, place 4 or 5 biscuits, each about 10 cm in diameter, in the pan.
- Have both sides gilded.
- Next, place the cookies on a plate lined with absorbent paper to remove excess grease. ≈ 3 min
