Directions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water and let them cool slightly.
- Grate the potatoes and mix them with salt. ≈ 8 min
- Heat the fat in a pan.
- Firmly press the apple mixture into the pan, creating a small rim of about 1 cm.
- Gild one side only, until the edges are crispy, without burning.
- Place the pancake on a plate, with the golden side facing up, and add the topping. ≈ 3 min
