  1. Wash the garlic cloves and squeeze them using a garlic press. ≈ 8 min
  2. Add the olive oil ≈ 3 min
  3. Add the remaining seasonings, salt, and pepper. ≈ 2 min
  4. It is best to use fresh herbs. ≈ 3 min
  5. Thoroughly mix all the ingredients. ≈ 4 min
  6. Wash the zucchini, and if you wish, remove the skin or leave the zucchini with its skin. ≈ 8 min
  7. Cut it in half (or, alternatively, cut the zucchini into thick slices) ≈ 8 min
  8. Place both halves in aluminum foil. ≈ 3 min
  9. Pour evenly coat the zucchini halves, pour the mixture of oil paint and spices over them. ≈ 3 min
  10. Place the zucchini on the barbecue grill, using aluminum foil to protect it.
  11. Cook for approximately 20 minutes (depending on the temperature above the barbecue) until it is fully cooked.
