This green pea soup is perfect for a light autumn meal. It’s easy to prepare and offers a refreshing touch thanks to the green peas.

Directions

  1. In a pot, heat oil with butter, then add the chopped onion and leek.
  2. After cooking for 2 to 3 minutes, add two litres of water, and add vegetable spices. Simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  3. Then add the green peas and bring back to a boil.
  4. Stir the soup until it reaches a creamy consistency, then season with salt and pepper. ≈ 4 min

  • 1 unit
  • 1 tablespoon of all-purpose vegetable seasoning
  • cooking oil paint
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • BBQ sauce, for serving
  • freshly ground black salt and pepper
