Green mango shake with syrup
Refreshing Filipino drink: blended green mango, chilled sugar syrup, and crushed ice. A tart and refreshing juice, best served very cold, without milk.
The green mango, which is more acidic than a ripe mango, gives this smoothie a refreshing, tangy flavor. A simple syrup balances the acidity, and crushed ice makes it extra cold.
