Directions
- Slice the onion into thin rounds and sauté in olive oil in a large pan until it becomes translucent.
- Next, chop the garlic into small pieces and add it. ≈ 8 min
- Wash the spinach and then add it gradually to the pan.
- While you’re doing that, wash the tomatoes and cut them in half or into quarters. ≈ 8 min
- Next, add them to the onions, garlic, and spinach in the pan.
- Finally, to achieve a creamy texture, add the heavy cream and season to taste with salt and pepper. ≈ 2 min
- Once everything has started to simmer, the gnocchi can be added and the mixture allowed to cook for a few more minutes, until the gnocchi are cooked through.
- Then, serve on a plate, and, if desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy! ≈ 2 min
