Directions
- Cut the green beans into pieces and cook them in lightly salted water. Drain them and place them in a pot with olive oil.
- In a mortar, sauté the garlic and bread pieces, then grind them with the yolk of a hard-boiled egg, sweet paprika, and cumin seeds.
- Relax the dough by adding vinegar. ≈ 3 min
- Once the beans are halfway cooked, add the contents of the mortar and mix well to distribute evenly. ≈ 4 min
