Directions
- The cucumber (preferably the “Hollandaise” variety) is diced or finely grated. ≈ 3 min
- Salt and cilantro are added for flavor. ≈ 3 min
- If desired, you can also add finely chopped or grated garlic and crushed walnuts. ≈ 3 min
- Next, vegetable oil paint is added. If you’re not very hungry, it’s best to let the mixture rest for 10 to 15 minutes before adding yogurt and water (no more than the amount of yogurt).
