Small glasses filled with grapes, whipped cream, and sweet white wine
A dessert in individual portions: grapes marinated in sweet white wine, cookies, meringue, and lemon-flavored whipped cream, to be prepared the day before.
These parfaits combine macerated grapes in sweet white wine, biscuits, and a light cream made with whipped cream. They are prepared the day before and served very cold.

Directions
- Wash the grapes and cut them in half (remove any seeds). Let them soak in 100 ml of sweet white wine.
- Whip the whites until they form soft peaks, then gradually add the sugar and continue to whip until you have firm peaks that hold their shape when you turn the mixing bowl upside down. ≈ 4 min
- Whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks, and then keep it refrigerated.
- Squeeze the half lemon into the remaining 200ml of white wine, then pour it into the whipped cream. ≈ 3 min
- Gently fold in the whipped cream. ≈ 4 min
- Divide the grapes among 6 glasses, break a biscuit into 4 pieces per glass and place them on top of the grapes, then pour over with the soaking liquid. Finally, add the cream. Refrigerate for one night.
