Directions
- Combine the condensed milk, butter, honey, and egg yolk in a bowl. ≈ 4 min
- Stir over low heat until the dough reaches the consistency needed for rolling.
- Let the grapes cool, preferably Italian varieties.
- Heat the condensed milk with the egg yolk, stirring constantly until it separates from the sides of the pot.
- Remove from the heat and let cool on a plate.
- Shape the dough by hand, using a small amount of sugar to form “envelopes” around the grapes. ≈ 10 min
- Wrap each grape individually, leaving the small “neck” exposed. ≈ 3 min
- Dip them in powdered sugar or in a chocolate glaze.
- Place them in paper molds. ≈ 3 min
